Order Cancellation & Refund Policy If you change your mind after placing your BLOOM⁴³ device order, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate this process, please contact our Customer Support team through the Support Page.
Exchanges: Damaged or Non-Functioning Devices
We take quality seriously. If your BLOOM⁴³ device arrives damaged or isn’t functioning properly, please reach out to our support team right away by visiting our support page.
We’ll verify the issue and, if it can't be resolved remotely, we’ll ship a replacement device to you free of charge—so you can stay on track with your treatment ahead of your surgery.
To help us assist you quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the device and/or packaging, if available
Once your replacement device is shipped, you’ll need to return the damaged device using the prepaid return label included in your order.
Returns after Surgery
BLOOM⁴³ is a reusable prescription device intended for one treatment cycle prior to your surgery. After your surgery, we kindly ask that you return the device to help us support a sustainable, circular healthcare system—and to allow others to benefit from BLOOM⁴³ as well.
How to Return Your Device:
- Do not dispose of any part of your order.
This includes the device, carry case, all printed materials (like the instruction booklet), and shipping box.
- Open the BLOOM⁴³ app and go to the Device page.
After your surgery date, a button labeled "Initiate Return" will appear—tap that to begin.
- Enter your refund details when prompted.
This ensures we can process your deposit refund promptly once we receive the device back in good condition.
- Repack the items carefully:
- Place the device and all materials back into the carry case.
- Use the original shipping box if it’s still intact. If not, any sturdy box that fits the carry case will do.
- Apply the prepaid return label included in your order.
- Cover or remove any old shipping labels or barcodes.
- Drop the package at your nearest FedEx pickup location.

- Once received, your full deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you received your device through a clinic or hospital, the same return and deposit process applies.
Important Timing Information
You have 30 days after your surgery to return the device. After this period, we cannot guarantee that your deposit will be refunded.
We kindly encourage you to return the device as soon as possible—doing so helps us support other breast surgery patients with timely access to BLOOM⁴³.
