How do I change the password in my account?

If you’d like to change your password, ensure that you know the email address your account is registered with. To check this, log in to the app, enter the 'My Health' section, and tap on your name at the top. Tap on personal information and check the email address recorded there.

To change your existing password, follow the steps:
1. Open the BLOOM⁴³ app and enter the 'My Health' section.
2.     Tap your name at the top of the screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, and tap 'Log Out'.
2. On the subsequent app welcome screen, tap 'I already have an account', and on the next screen, tap 'Forgot your password?'. Enter your registered email address and tap 'Send Reset Link'. You will then receive an email with a password reset link.
