How do I log my surgery date and type?

When signing up for the BLOOM⁴³ app for the first time, you’ll be asked to enter your surgery date. This helps the app tailor your 'Prehab™' or 'Rehab' Program based on where you are in your surgical journey.

 

If you ever need to update your surgery date or add/edit the details - such as the procedure type or purpose - you can do so by going to the ‘My Health’ section. Tap your name at the top of the screen, then select ‘Your Surgeries’ to make additions or changes.
