How do I order a BLOOM⁴³ medical device?

BLOOM⁴³ is currently available exclusively in the U.S., but our team is working hard to make this award-winning device accessible worldwide.
 
To order a device, download the BLOOM⁴³ app, go to the ‘BLOOM⁴³ Device’ section, and follow the steps to begin.
Please note: BLOOM⁴³ is a prescription medical device, so you’ll need a valid prescription from your doctor to complete your order.
 
If you are self-funding:
Simply follow the instructions in the app. You’ll be asked to pay for the device, along with a refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned once you send the product back in good condition after your surgery.
 
If your hospital or clinic provides BLOOM⁴³:
Once prescribed, your care team will give you a unique patient envelope containing a pre-paid code.
In the app, start the order and when prompted, select “I have received a pre-paid code from my hospital/clinic”. You’ll then be asked to enter your unique code. In this case, you won’t need to pay for the device, only the refundable deposit.
