How do returns work?

After your surgery, we kindly ask that you return your BLOOM⁴³ device. Please keep all items and packaging—everything must be returned.

You have 30 days after the date of your surgery to return the device using the prepaid return label included in your order. Once received in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund of your deposit to your original payment method.
