How to get a BLOOM⁴³ medical device
BLOOM⁴³ devices are currently available exclusively in the U.S., but our team is working hard to make this award-winning product accessible worldwide.
BLOOM⁴³ is a prescription medical device, which means you’ll need a prescription from your healthcare provider to order it.
To make things easier, we’ve included a downloadable prescription template in the Device section of the BLOOM⁴³ app. You can share this with your doctor to fill out and sign.
In some cases, your hospital or clinic may provide BLOOM⁴³ as part of your care. If so, you can order the device at no cost. If your healthcare facility doesn’t offer BLOOM⁴³, you can still order the device directly through the app. The 'BLOOM⁴³ Device' section clearly lists the price before you place your order.
Whether BLOOM⁴³ is provided by your clinic or ordered directly, a prescription and refundable deposit are required. The deposit will be returned once the device is shipped back in good condition after your surgery. Returning the device after use helps support a sustainable, circular healthcare model - ensuring others can benefit from BLOOM⁴³ in the future.
Please note: If you are undergoing surgery on both breasts, you will need to order two devices. Each device is designed for a single preconditioning treatment, for one breast only.
