What is your shipping & delivery policy?
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Please make sure to enter your surgery date accurately at the time of purchase. This date is essential, as we schedule your device delivery based on it. You will receive your BLOOM⁴³ device no more than 10 days before your scheduled surgery date.
If your surgery date changes, please contact us immediately at support@plexaa.com. We can adjust your delivery only up to 15 days prior to your originally scheduled surgery.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) for all U.S. orders.
- Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date you place it.
- While rare, delays may occur due to factors such as weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen events.
- Regardless of these variables, we will always do our best to ensure your device will arrive no later than 10 days before your surgery date.
Shipping is free of charge for all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States, to the following states, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the expected delivery date at support@plexaa.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you in getting a replacement in time for your surgery.
